我们从产品的选料到生产加工(含精密模具),电镀,喷油,染色,抛光等各生产环节,到最后质量控制(物理测试,化学测试,染色坚牢度测试)都要进行详细的生产与质量管理.
物理测试主要为产品的开合力,拉力破坏力,耐摩性,检针,形状,颜色等进行质量控制.
化学测试主要为测试八大重金属标准含量,其它有害化学物质成份测试.
